📍2. Location & Astrological Calculations

To calculate astronomical parameters (e.g. rising signs, planet positions, Rahu Kalam, and planetary watches) tailored to your immediate environment, the application requires local coordinates (Latitude, Longitude, and Time Zone).

Local Processing: Whenever possible, coordinates and clock times are used locally on your device to query calculations.
Anonymous API Queries: If a query requires calculations from our secure backend engine, the coordinates are sent anonymously to calculate astronomical data. We do not link these coordinates to your name, contact information, or permanent user identity.
GPS Location Consent: You can explicitly choose to grant or deny GPS permissions. If denied, you can manually enter your city or coordinates to use the application.
